Since the age of a child, Chanel determined to leave her name in the world of entertainment. In 2009, she was hired as a model and receptionist for Rob Dyrdek's MTV show Fantasy Factory. Chanel gained fame due to the success of this show. It was an enormous hit that the next season of the show followed shortly after. The show's seventh season premiered in the month of January and ran until the 5th of March in that year. Chanel first came to prominence on Ridiculousness following the enormous commercial success of Rob Dyrdek's Dream Factory. While she was in the film her music career was also booming. Her debut album was the Now You Know mixtape and played in the Young Money Rise of an Empire compilation.
