Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman who is full of energy and wisdom. She is an author as well as a health and fitness expert, talk show host and producer. A director and dancer. Model and comedienne. But most important of all, she's the mother and wife! Perpetual Motion is the name she is known by many people. Marilu's health-focused approach is evident throughout her entire life. She's a firm believer that good health will allow you to do everything. It wasn't always so. When she was an teen, her weight increased significantly. Her stomach was constantly aching as she was emotional about eating. She knew that when her parents passed away in their 50s and her mother suffered from issues related to arthritis, and her dad from a cardiac arrest--that she needed to take a proactive approach to her overall health. This was not about diets, but about finding the most effective way to improve the body's functions. In addition, she is a frequent performer for Christopher Guest mockumentary flicks. Coolidge was a part of The Groundlings (an improv troupe and sketch comedy group located in Los Angeles). She is a star in CBS's sitcom 2 Broke Girls where she is Sophie, Max, and Caroline's Polish upstair neighbor, who runs the cleaning services.
